Questions about buying

Do I need a call before I buy?

No. Buy online and we'll book your kickoff call right after checkout. If you'd rather talk first, book a 20-minute planning call and we'll tell you honestly which option fits.

When am I charged on a monthly plan?

You pay the $399 setup fee at checkout. Your first monthly payment ($199 or $119) is charged 30 days after kickoff, then monthly for 12 payments in total.

What happens after I check out?

You accept the terms and pay during checkout, then we schedule your kickoff with you. Your build starts at kickoff and takes about two weeks.

Why does the one-time option cost more upfront than the monthly plan?

The one-time option is setup only, paid all at once. The monthly plans spread the setup over 12 months and add the SuiteDash license (all-in plan) and a year of support. Over the first year, the all-in plan usually costs less in total.

What if I already bought a Rescue Audit?

Start a plan within 14 days of your audit and the $399 is credited in full as your setup fee.
